The Vintage Tyrolean is an unlockable headwear item for the Medic. It appears as a darkly team-colored felt Template:W with a braided cord band around the crown. To the left side of the hat, a formal-looking crest and a feather are added as trim, both of which are also team-colored. The narrow brim slopes downward towards the front, and is folded flat against the crown in the back.
