The Vitals Vest is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a large vest that appears brown on the RED team, and blue when on the BLU team. The right side of the vest has two slots for what appears to be syringes, while the left side has a pouch with a Medic emblem on it, with two medicine bottles inside.
The Vitals Vest was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
