The Milkman is an unlockable headwear item for the Scout. It appears as a white peaked cap with a stripped band and a black visor. If this hat is equipped with the other items of the Special Delivery pack (Short Stop, Mad Milk, Holy Mackerel), the Scout receives an additional 25 hp on top of his normal 125 hp. The effect only applies if all four items are equipped together. This hat can be renamed, but it can not be painted.
