The Portable Smissmas Spirit Dispenser is a miscellaneous item for the Pyro. It appears as a snow globe on top of Pyro's oxygen tank, with a snow-covered log cabin with a lit up window visible within. A plaque with the Steam logo and the number 2013 is bolted onto the back.
This item could be obtained by crafting the Steam Holiday Sale 2013 badge.

Trivia
- Inside the Portable Smissmas Spirit Dispenser texture, there are images which resembles objects inside a house, which leads that the house inside this cosmetic would have something inside, but they aren't visible in-game, since it wasn't modeled. At some point, the model maybe would have the door open to show the objects inside the house.
- There is also a Lollipop and some fences inside the texture, which it isn't visible on the cosmetic.
