The Capo's Capper is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a well-worn black trilby with a small notch in the brim, sporting a white pinstripe pattern. The brim is turned down slightly, to cover the Heavy's face.
The Capo's Capper was contributed to the game during the Über Update.

- A Capo, short for caporegime, is a high ranking member of a Mafia family, who usually serves as a direct aid to the Mob boss.
- This hat uses a modified mesh of the Fancy Fedora, and an almost identical UV map.
