The Voodoo-Cursed Heavy Soul is a cosmetic item for the Heavy. It transforms him into a zombie. Aside from the rotting flesh and a skeletal left leg, the Heavy's abdomen is opened, revealing his intestines, similar to when the Medic was working on him during Meet the Medic. His finger tips are bloody as if he had held his own ribcage "open a bit".
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.

Bugs

- Equipping the Purity Fist with the Voodoo-Cursed Heavy Soul will make parts of the Heavy's hand disappear. This is because the Purity Fist uses the Heavy's bandolier texture, which is invisible on the Voodoo-Cursed Heavy Soul.
Unused content
- The Voodoo-Cursed Heavy Soul has an unused green bandolier texture. It can still, however be seen in-game through the DirectX 8 bug.
