The Scarecrow is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It puts stuffing over the Spy's eyes with buttons sewn onto them, stitches his mouth together, and adds patchwork to the top of his head. The back of his head has a stitched-up tear with stuffing protruding out of it.
The Scarecrow was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Bugs
- Despite facial expressions being set up for the Scarecrow, they aren't properly configurated, and provide no effect.
