The Festive Fascinator is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a black headband with five festive lights that alternate colors.
This item has two styles, named "Merry" and "Happy". The "Merry" style makes the lights alternate between green, yellow, and the team's color, while the "Happy" style makes them alternate between different shades of the team's color.
The Festive Fascinator was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
