The Last Breath is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Pyro. It is a team-color tinted skull-shaped mask with a respiratory muzzle at each side.
The Last Breath was contributed and later updated through the Steam Workshop.

- The Last Breath was added to the game.
December 15, 2011 Patch (Australian Christmas 2011)
- Changed "beard" equip region to "head replacement".
- [Undocumented] Updated the Last Breath's clipping issues via submission
- Updated The Last Breath to fix some clipping issues.
Bugs
- During implementation of the clipping fix, Valve did not test the item. The item has severe clipping with most face oriented miscs. A fix was made by the creator and has been implemented fixing all clipping issues with any hats that had any. Note: an update has came with the fix for this hat. [1]
