Archimedes is a miscellaneous item for the Medic. It is the Medic's white dove splattered in blood, as seen in Meet the Medic. It sits on the shoulder of the Medic. The BLU version of Archimedes does not have blood splattered on its body. Its eyes and beak are connected with Medic's facial expressions, allowing it to copy the Medic's expressions.
When players equipped with Archimedes kill an enemy unassisted by another player, everyone in Pyroland will see in the killfeed that Archimedes gets the kill and the player wearing the item gets the assist.
When taunting with any weapon, Archimedes' mouth will move in synchronization to what the Medic says.
This item is awarded in genuine quality to those who purchase the real life version from the Valve store.

- Archimedes can occasionally become stuck facing backwards.
