Das Hazmattenhatten is a community-contributed cosmetic item for the Medic. It appears as a team-colored Hazmat helmet with a shiny, gold-colored visor that covers the Medic's entire head with a team-colored Medic class icon in the front of it.
Das Hazmattenhatten was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Positive Pressure Veil".
