The Flip-Flops are a cosmetic item for the Scout. They are a pair of yellow rubber flip-flop sandals that replace the Scout's default socks and shoes.
This item was available for purchase in the Mann Co. Store only during the Summer Camp Sale.

Trivia
- The Adductor hallucis muscle is an L-shaped muscle in the feet which crosses the third, fourth, and fifth toes and traverses along the top of the foot.
