The One-Way Ticket is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a well-worn sailor's hat with a golden anchor. The paper on the front is a paper talisman.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The One-Way Ticket was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Stiff Buddy".

Trivia
- This type of hat and talisman are commonly associated with Jiangshi（Chinese character "僵尸"）, or "Chinese Hopping Vampire".
- In fact, the Chinese meaning of "Jiangshi" is more like "Zombie". "Hopping Vampire" is a nickname given by westerners, according to the way Jiangshi moves and blood-sucking behaviour which is similar to vampires'.
- Influenced by Hong Kong movies, Jiangshi wears official clothes of the Qing Dynasty.
