- The description mentions Al Capone, a Chicago crime boss during the Great Depression, who, due to his connections, wasn't arrested for various serious crimes (hiring contract killers, being the head of a criminal syndicate, illegal production and distribution of alcohol) yet was eventually arrested and sentenced for tax evasion.
