The Masked Fiend is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It removes the Scout's hat and gives him a mask of a demonic skull with no jaw, dark horns that curl back, and black eye sockets with small white dots, held by a striped band around the back of his head.
This item has two styles, named "Headphones" and "No Heaphones". The "Headphones" keeps his headphones, while the "No Heaphones" style removes them.
The Masked Fiend was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
