The Unusual Cap is a cosmetic item for all classes. It is a black and white baseball cap featuring a patch depicting the Unusual effect icon. Every Unusual Cap also has the Community Sparkle attached to it, along with the Unusual effect that was created by the author.

The Unusual Cap is awarded in Self-Made quality to community contributors whose Unusual effects are accepted into the game through the Steam Workshop.

If an Unusual Cap has an unusual taunt effect, every taunt (with the exception of Unusual taunts and default taunts) will have that effect.
