The Counterfeit Billycock is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a top hat adorned with a paper mask bearing an image of the Backbiter's Billycock, similar to those used by the Spy when disguised.

The Counterfeit Billycock was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
