The Hollowed Helm is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is the top half of a team-colored Jack-o'-lantern with glowing yellow eyes and nose that is worn over most of the mercenary's head, leaving only their mouth, jaw, ears, and nape visible.
The Hollowed Helm's design references to the 1978 horror film "Halloween," drawing parallels with the poster of the movie via it's carved face design and its being a broken-off pumpkin that forms teeth.
The Hollowed Helm was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
