The Road Block is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It makes the Heavy's ammunition bandolier team-colored and gives it a shoulder pad, made of a rusty plate of metal with an image of a skull and flames and a piece of a tire with spikes attached to it, and gives him a second, team-colored belt across his torso and a worn, team-colored danger sign on his chest, with a skull and crossed bones.
The Road Block was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
