Das Feelinbeterbager is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It adds two white pill bottles on the right side of the Medic's belt, along with two pouches: a brown pouch on the left side, and an orange pouch with the Medic's class icon on the back.
Das Feelinbeterbager was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
