The Dapper Noel is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It gives the mercenaries a floppy team-colored Santa hat, half-moon spectacles without temples (except Medic and Sniper, who keep their default glasses), and white facial hair that changes depending on the wearer:
- When worn by the Scout and Pyro, it only adds a mustache.
- When worn by the Sniper and Spy, it adds a mustache and a goatee.
- When worn by the Soldier, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, and Medic, it adds a mustache and a full, long beard.
The Dapper Noel was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
