Ellis' Cap is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is based on the cap worn by Ellis from the video game Left 4 Dead 2; a white and team-colored baseball cap featuring a tow truck patch.

This item, together with the Frying Pan, is awarded to players who own Left 4 Dead 2.

Due to how the textures are set up, painting the Ellis' Cap with single color Paint Cans results in different colorization on the paint regions between teams.
