The Bootleg Base Metal Billycock is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a robotic version of the Counterfeit Billycock. It is a metallic top hat with a bent antenna and digital screen on front. The screen displays an image of a paper disguise mask that features the Backbiter's Billycock. On the back of the hat, there is a Side A cassette tape with the word "Billycock" written on it.
The Bootleg Base Metal Billycock was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
