The Titanium Tyrolean is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a robotic version of the Vintage Tyrolean. The hat's band is replaced with a band of wires, one of which is snapped in two, and the hat's feather is also replaced with a hinged piece of metal, colored at the end to give the appearance of a feather.
The Titanium Tyrolean was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
