The Self-Care is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It adds a bandage on the Medic's nose, two bandages wrapped around his forehead, an orthopedic collar around his neck, and removes his left central incisor. It also breaks his glasses' bridge, held together with tape, and left lens.

The Self-Care was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
