The Coldfront Carapace is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic armor consisting of several team-colored plates that cover his shoulders, arms (adorned with Medic's class emblem), forearms, chest, stomach, and pelvis. The shirt and tie worn under the Medic's coat are replaced with a turtleneck sweater.
The Coldfront Carapace was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Update history
December 21, 2017 Patch #1 (Smissmas 2017)
- The Coldfront Carapace was added to the game.
Notes
- Using the Operator's Overalls paint on this item provides absolutely no visual difference in-game on either team. This happens because the exact same color values are used for both the paint and the default "unpainted" color for the item.
Trivia
- This item is based on the armor worn by the Snowtroopers from Star Wars.
