Le Party Phantom is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a white Masquerade mask with team-colored designs and a gold trim.

- Le Party Phantom was added to the game.
- Le Party Phantom was added to the Mann Co. Store, made craftable and included in random drops.
