The Isotopic Insulator is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a team-colored, hooded down jacket with yellow borders and interior, the Bonk! logo on the right side of the chest, and the radioactive sign (☢) on both arms, worn over a black turtleneck shirt.
