The Dapper Dickens is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It gives the classes a black top hat and glasses with round lenses.
This item has two styles, named "Glasses" and "No Glasses". The "No Glasses" style leaves only the hat.
The Dapper Dickens was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
