The Heer's Helmet is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a German Stahlhelm with a team-colored cover, bearing the Medic's class emblem on the front. A green toque is worn beneath the helmet, covering the Medic's neck and ears.
The Heer's Helmet was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
