The Bolt Action Blitzer is a headwear item for all classes. It is a team-colored Template:W with a black stripe running down the middle and bolts protruding from it.
The Bolt Action Blitzer is awarded to players who complete the CrimeCraft GangWars achievement Key to the City.[1]
