The Milkman is an unlockable headwear item for the Scout. It appears as a white peaked cap with a stripped band and a black visor. This hat can be renamed, but it can not be painted.

This item is part of the Special Delivery set. When the entire set is worn, the set provides this additional bonus:

Trivia
- This type of hat was commonly worn by milkmen of the 1950s.
- The hat could be a joke on the Scout's speed, as milkmen need to be fast to deliver the milk on time.
- Alternatively it can be a reference to the Psychonauts character The Milkman, who wears a similar hat and also fights using milk bottles.
