The Ready Steady Pan Tournament Medal is a miscellaneous item for Team Fortress 2. It is a bronze Frying Pan with a set of wings and a starburst background. The item was distributed to participants of the tournament on the 11th of August 2012.

- The Ready Steady Pan Tournament Medal was added to the game.
Trivia
- Two types of this item exist: one is an award for participating in the tournament and the other is a reward for helping the tournament organisers significantly. The "helper" medal has an extra description line: "Thanks for Helping!" However, both variants of the medal are aesthetically identical.
