The Medic Mech-Bag is a miscellaneous item for the Medic. It replaces the default backpack with the metallic backpack worn by Medic's robotic counterpart. This item can be obtained by playing Mann vs. Machine (Mann Up Mode).

This item cannot be worn with the Quick-Fix as it occupies the same equip region.
