The Milkman is a community-created headwear item for the Scout. It is a white Template:W with a striped black band, and a shiny black visor. It is often associated with stereotypical Template:W in the 1950s.

- The Milkman was added to the game.
- [Undocumented] This hat was given its own crafting blueprint.
Trivia
- During development, the hat was called the "Milk MANN's Hat".[1]
- The Scout is seen wearing the Milkman with his headset on the Mann-Conomy Update's page, however, equipping this hat removes the headset in game.
