The Noble Amassment of Hats is an unlockable headwear item for all Classes. It appears as a black tophat, not unlike the Demoman's Scotsman's Stove Pipe atop a grey bowler similar to the Backbiter's Billycock.

- Since both the Rebuild headgear and Fabricate headgear blueprints which are used to craft hats yield random results, there is no deterministic way to craft the Noble Amassment of Hats.
