It appears a small digital screen bearing an image of the Demoman's right eye reflected and worn on top of where his left eye should be. This is a robotized version of the Snapped Pupil. This miscellaneous item was submitted to the Steam Workshop under the name Scrapped Pupil.
Trivia
- The item's name is a play on the word "eye patch", which is what the Snapped Pupil replaces on the Demoman.
