The Bombing Run is a community-created headwear item for the Scout, taking the form of an aviator's leather helmet.

Trivia
- While the hat's design resembles a 20th century aviator's cap, the Bombing Run is actually modeled off a contemporary Italian tanker helmet. This was confirmed by the hat's maker, Drax-Quin.
- This hat was originally released in Royzo's TF2 Emporium XX
- Originally, this hat was also for the Soldier, and was known as the Tanker's Helm.
- The skin version was known as the Pilot's Protector.
