The Physician's Procedure Mask is a Miscellaneous item for the Medic. It appears as a white or blue surgeon's mask with the Medic's logo on the front.

Trivia
- Team Fortress Classic's original Medic model appears to be wearing a procedure mask.
- Procedure Masks are worn during any form of surgical procedure to prevent spreading infectious bacteria or viruses onto an open wound.
- As far as crafting is concerned, the Physician's Procedure Mask is considered to be a hat, despite actually being a Miscellaneous item. The mask can be crafted like a hat can, and is accepted as an ingredient for the "Rebuild Headgear" crafting recipe.
- This item is one of two contributed items made by Gerre, the other being the Sergeant's Drill Hat.
- According to Gerre, this item took about a half-hour to complete.
- The Physician's Procedure Mask is the only Miscellaneous Item that can be painted.
