The Horseless Headless Horsemann's Head is a headwear item available to all classes. It is awarded to all players who earn the Sleepy Holl0WND achievement. It is available during the Halloween events only.

- Despite covering the whole head, items such as the Camera Beard can still be worn with it equipped.
- Its level isn't randomly generated upon drop. It is always 31, presumably because Halloween is on the 31st of October.
