The Halloween Masks are individual unlockable headwear items available to all classes. Each class has a mark with an image of themselves on the front. They can be obtained on the Mann Manor map. Occasionally a gift will drop containing one of these.
Crafting all 9 masks will give you the Saxton Hale Mask.
