The Cadaver's Cranium is a headwear item for the Heavy. It gives him a 'Frankenstein's Monster' type appearance. It was released with the 2010 Scream Fortress update. It has a chance of being crafted using 4 Refined Metal and the Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap.
