It can be purchased from the Mann Co. Store with no deadline. It also has a 1 in 4 chance of being crafted if an Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap is used alongside 4 Refined Metal. This hat was contributed by Treythepunkid.[[1]]
Trivia
- This hat was released in TF2 Emporium XXIV, under the same name, as a skin replacement for the Ghastly Gibus. It was accepted by Valve after it was sent in via the Contribute! website.
- This hat is most likely a homage to the Slasher genre of horror films, with Halloween, ironically, being one of those movies.
