The Halloween Masks are individual unlockable headwear items available to all classes. Each class has a mask with an image of themselves on the front. They can be obtained on the Mann Manor map. Occasionally a Halloween Gift will appear on the map. The first person to touch the gift gets a random class's Halloween Mask. There must be atleast 10 players in a server before these will drop.
Crafting all 9 masks together will give you the Saxton Hale Mask.
