The Cadaver's Cranium is a headwear item for the Heavy. It gives him a 'Frankenstein's Monster' type appearance. It was released with the 2010 Scream Fortress update. It can be purchased from the Mann Co. Store with no deadline or crafted with a chance of 1 in 4 by using 4 Refined Metal and the Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap.
