The Parasight is a headwear item for the Demoman. It replaces the Demoman's eye patch with an alien looking starfish.

Trivia
- The Parasight largely resembles Starro (a.k.a. Starro the Conqueror), A DC alien creature and antagonist, which stated Starro (who is also a purple, parasitic starfish) later to be revealed belonging to an entire race of parasites that travel around the universe conquering planets with "motherstars", releasing spores to take mental control of a planet's entire population.
