The Haunted Hat is a headwear item for the All classes. It is a green spectral hat with a ghoulish face. Equipping this item alters the Scout's voice responses. The Haunted Hat is set up to imitate the class' face animation.
The Haunted Hat was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
