The Neckwear Headwear is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It resembles a top hat, with a scarf tied around it, that hangs over the rim of the hat. A mistletoe leaf is pinned to the scarf.
The Neckwear Headwear was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Most Wonderful Hat of the Year".
