The Track Terrorizer is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a team-colored, high collar track jacket with a white trim and the sleeves rolled up to the elbows replacing Scout's default shirt.
The Track Terrorizer was contributed to the game via the Steam Workshop under the name "Jogger's Jacket".
