The Bunnyhopper's Ballistics Vest is a community-made Cosmetic item for the Medic. It adds a bulletproof vest and team-colored armbands with the Medic class emblem to the default Medic torso.
The Bunnyhopper's Ballistics Vest was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.
